We are licensed to print barcodes for CASS periodicals mailings in the USA which greatly improves handling times by the US Post Office and dramatically improves delivery times for magazine mailings.

We use specialist software to process and produce variable data mail merges without the loss of postal discounts.

Our experienced and dedicated mailhouse team works directly with our data bureau department and postal despatch team. This results in a great understanding of our customers’ expectations and requirements and reduces costs, errors and delays.

All departments can proactively advise of ways to improves fulfilment and distribution of your mailings.

The mail house provides comprehensive mail preparation facilities and has the following equipment:

Polywrapping - SITMA multi station facilities with print registration and online inkjet
Inserting - 6 station all format envelope machine inserting

Addressing - Inkjet addressing and bar-coding facilities
Benchwork - with specialised packing department

With our high bay racking, UK Postings is able to provide storage facilities for our clients. We can pick, pack and despatch your material on request using a postal service or traceable courier service.
